A Strong, Muscular Exterior

The 2020 Ford F-250 has a boxy look with more modern touches than the 2019 model. The grille is bigger and bolder but still has the Ford Blue Oval in the center. The redesigned front bumper allows more air to reach the engine for better cooling, and the wheels send additional air to the brakes. You can use a key to remove the sculpted tailgate, and it comes with body-colored Super Duty lettering. The body uses a light, strong aluminum alloy for better fuel efficiency and resistance to corrosion and dents.

You can add LED roof clearance lights, a rear power window with privacy glass, 20-inch chrome wheels, splash guards, a power moonroof, heated power-folding side mirrors with memory settings, assist steps for the cab or the tailgate, fog lights, 18- or 20-inch wheels, a power tailgate, and storable loading ramps. Choose the Tremor Off-Road package for more ground clearance, 35-inch all-terrain tires, and the ability to drive through up to 33 inches of water.

Excellent Performance

The F-250 has great acceleration and a smooth, maneuverable ride. It comes with power steering, stability control, and trailer sway control. The 6.2-liter V-8 engine generates 385 horsepower and 430 pound-feet of torque, and it uses a six-speed automatic transmission. With the alternative fuel package, the F-250 can run on liquid propane, compressed natural gas, or gasoline. It can carry up to 7,360 pounds and pull up to 23,000 pounds.

Additional options include four-wheel drive, heavy-duty shocks, and a 10-speed automatic transmission with normal, tow/haul, eco, slippery, rock, and snow/sand driving modes. You can also choose a 6.7-liter turbocharged diesel engine with 475 horsepower and 1,050 pound-feet of torque or a gas 7.3-liter V-8 that produces 430 horsepower and 475 pound-feet of torque.

An Impressive Interior

The F-250 comes with lots of advanced features, including folding front and rear seats, a Wi-Fi hot spot, audio controls on the steering wheel, and two glove boxes. You can get a push-button start, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, a universal garage door opener, remote start, a heated steering wheel, keyless entry, navigation, SiriusXM satellite radio, and voice recognition as well.
